In memory of Jennifer Hale,
Today, we gather with heavy hearts to honor Jennifer Hale—beloved co-worker, wife, mother, sister, and friend. Jennifer's voice, resonant and compassionate, defined not only her career but also the Hospice and Palliative Care industry. Her presence was a pillar of strength and wisdom, shaping our collective journey with her insights and dedication. Her voice was more than an echo; it was a force during our quarterly collaboration meetings, advocating tirelessly for the causes she held dear. We cherish the moments we spent learning from her leadership at GHPCO. Her advocacy for hospice care, both regionally and nationally, was nothing short of inspiring. Beyond her professional achievements, we remember Jennifer for her sharp wit and irrepressible sense of humor.

Jennifer Hale's legacy as a leader and hospice advocate is unparalleled, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we come to terms with her absence, let us hold on to the warmth of our memories and the richness of our experiences shared with her.

May we take solace in celebrating Jennifer Hale's remarkable life and legacy together.

We are gathering a directory that lists the name and contact information for palliative care providers throughout the state of Georgia. These providers may be hospitals, outpatient clinics, or cancer centers and they have developed a formal palliative care program based on national standards of palliative care.
