Join us for our monthly 2020-2021 HVP/VCP Meeting!
Don't miss the opportunity to network with oter veteran partners and to hear updates from the VA regarding opportunities for hospice providers to partner with the Atlanta VA in providing care for the Veteran! The Metro Atlanta HVP/VCP is the first step to developing a referral relationship with the Atlanta VA!

Our November meeting will be highly interative and we will focus on ways to implement our Trauma Informed Care training for hospices across Georgia. We encourage you to invite your entire tream to this meeting to share ideas around optimizing veteran care! Other hospices will also share their experiences with the consultation program and how it impacted care for veterans.
